Pricing questions
How does bundling work?
Pick two or three Rescues, pay the bundle price upfront, and we deliver all of them. Each Rescue follows the same process: audit, rebuild, training, playbook. You get three months of Advisory included regardless of bundle size. Bundle pricing is only available at initial purchase. After that, each Rescue is billed individually.
Why is SEO more expensive than the ads rescues?
More work is involved in the rebuild. There's content to write, schema to mark up, technical fixes to push, and GBP to optimise. The ads rescues are primarily structural. SEO requires original output. I charge more because it takes more.
Can I add a Rescue later?
Yes, but bundle pricing is only honoured at initial purchase. If you start with a Google Ads Rescue and want to add Meta six months later, you pay the individual Meta Ads Rescue price at that point.
What if I want to upgrade from one Rescue to the Full Rescue later?
You can. Bundle pricing is only honoured at initial purchase, but if you've started with a single Rescue and want to add more, you pay the individual Rescue prices for the additional services. Most clients who start with one Rescue add a second within three months. If you're likely to want more than one, bundling from the start saves you money.
Do I have to buy a Rescue to join the Advisory?
No. The Advisory is $199/month standalone if your account is already running reasonably well and you just want expert eyes on it each week.
Can my team join the Advisory calls with me?
Yes. Each Advisory membership covers one business, and your team members are welcome to join the live calls or access the recording library. Contact us if multi-seat pricing makes more sense for larger teams.
Do I pay all at once?
Yes. The Rescue (or bundle) is a single fixed fee paid upfront. The Advisory is charged monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
What's not included?
Ad spend. That's paid directly to Google or Meta. We don't take a percentage of your ad budget.
Is there a refund policy?
If we don't complete the deliverables as scoped, you get a full refund. For completed work, we'll resolve any issues within scope first. Reach out to discuss.
How does billing work for the Advisory?
Monthly, charged on the same date each month. Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
When does Advisory billing start?
After your three free months end. If you start a Rescue in January, billing begins in April. We'll remind you before the first charge.
Can I pay in instalments?
Contact us to discuss. We can accommodate instalment arrangements for larger bundles in some cases.
