How eHustle collects, uses, and protects your information.

eHustle PTY LTD (ACN 679 259 440) (“eHustle”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We collect information you provide when applying to work with us or submitting a form: name, work email, phone number, company, website URL, role, business model, approximate monthly website sessions, revenue and marketing spend (as ranges), optional conversion rate, primary growth constraint, the stated value of a successful twelve months, ability to start, and any notes you include. We also collect standard website analytics (page views, traffic sources) via Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to: assess commercial fit, respond to your application, recommend an engagement where appropriate, and (with your consent) send our email newsletter. Commercial figures you share are used only for qualification and engagement planning. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Third parties
We use GoHighLevel as our CRM (your form submissions are sent there), Google Analytics for website analytics, and Google Workspace for email. All are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@ehustle.com.au.
