Common questions
What if I can't make a live call?
Every call is recorded and added to the searchable library the same day. You can submit your question ahead of time and Matt will answer it on the call. Watch the recording at your own pace.
Can I submit questions anonymously?
Yes. The pre-submission form has an option to keep your business name private. The answer goes to the group without your name attached.
Is this 1:1 coaching?
No. The Advisory is a group membership: three weekly calls shared with other members. 1:1 sessions are available separately as a paid add-on. The group format is actually a feature: you learn from questions you didn't know to ask.
What if I need something fixed urgently today?
Email support is batched and typically answered on Fridays. It's not an emergency line. For urgent fixes, we offer 5-hour paid support blocks. Reach out to book one.
What happens if I miss a month?
Your access pauses and resumes when you're back. You won't lose access to the recording library.
Can I invite my team?
Each membership covers one business. If you want team members in the calls too, contact us for multi-seat pricing.
