These terms govern your use of eHustle PTY LTD (ACN 679 259 440) services, including Rescue engagements, the Advisory membership, and website builds.

Rescue engagements

Rescue engagements are fixed-fee, fixed-scope projects. The scope is defined at the audit call. Work begins on receipt of payment. If eHustle does not complete the agreed deliverables, a full refund is issued. The client is responsible for providing account access within 3 business days of commencement.

Advisory membership

The Advisory is a month-to-month membership. Payment is charged monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Advisory calls are group sessions - 1:1 sessions are a separate paid product. Email support is asynchronous and not an emergency service.

Website builds

Website engagements are fixed-fee with scope defined at the discovery call. Content and approvals required from the client are outlined in the project brief. Delays caused by client unavailability may affect the launch timeline.

Limitation of liability

eHustle is not liable for outcomes dependent on third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Google Search) or market conditions outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
