These terms govern your use of eHustle PTY LTD (ACN 679 259 440) services, including CRO, performance marketing, web design and development, and related growth engagements.

Growth engagements

Engagements are scoped after a commercial assessment. Scope, fees, timelines and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins. The client is responsible for providing timely access to accounts, analytics, website environments and decision-makers required to deliver the engagement.

Website builds

Website engagements are scoped at discovery. Content and approvals required from the client are outlined in the project brief. Delays caused by client unavailability may affect the launch timeline.

Limitation of liability

eHustle is not liable for outcomes dependent on third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Google Search) or market conditions outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
